After two highly successful events at the QE2 Olympic Park at Stratford, next April we move across to the Southwest of London for the 2018 GO Travel Show, and further develop the innovative approach to helping our exhibitors present their offer to group travel buyers.

Our host location is the historic racecourse at Kempton Park, with a tradition of hosting shows that are great for GTOs by providing an exciting opportunity to learn more about the Capital, and destinations beyond. Plus, of course, the chance to meet lots of specialist group travel suppliers.

The exhibition facilities available to us are really excellent with plenty of space for all kinds of displays and associated opportunities to engage visitors with products and services. The event will be hosted in the main grandstand. There will also be outside activities to enjoy including historic feature areas, vehicles and other exciting initiatives not seen at other travel exhibitions! GTOs attending will be able to explore other attractions in the area on a range of fam trips.

Feature Areas

Our Feature Areas both inside and outside the main exhibition give exhibitors the chance to try something different.

Whether you are a cluster of Historic Towns and Attractions, a region of the UK or want to provide live interaction with visitors this exhibitor format allows you to explore different ways to showcase your attraction.

There is the possibility of having external space for larger feature items (e.g. vehicles, historical displays or pre-formed units) in an area immediately outside the exhibition hall.

The GO Travel Show is designed to provide a range of opportunities for exhibitors to both present their products and services, and network and interact with the buying audience face-to-face in a number of creative ways. Because of this we give you all the freedom you need to help portray yourself in your own unique way at a range of very attractive prices to suit all kinds of exhibitor, large and small. You'll be surprised just how much you can achieve on a modest budget!

For as little as £350 + VAT you'll have the opportunity to showcase your offering, take part in promotional activities, join in our interactive visitor experiences and receive “on the spot” feedback from our audience of Group Travel Buyers. The show will also provide the chance to make connections with other group travel professionals and build potential partnership products.

Imagination is your only limit!

If you want to be extravagant by presenting from a double decker bus (don't worry, we have the space) or you'd like to bring your own hawk (a real crowd pleaser last time) or simply want to provide a taste of your speciality foods then we have the platform for you to do it. Why not bring examples from your museum or attraction, characters related to your historic property or display materials from your visitor centre?

How much space do you need?

We believe in helping our exhibitors to choose the space that suits them, and to use it in the best way for their business and for the material and team they have available. We can do traditional "shell scheme units" but encourage our customers to consider "pop-up" displays for which we can provide tables and chairs or to create a feature zone that allows visitors to see and interactive with exhibits from all sides. Our basic principle is to let you select a size of area and location within the floor plan and to then help you make the most of it!

Need any help?

Most people have excellent pop-ups these days, but we can help you source pull-up displays of various sizes and other point of sale material if you need. There are very competitive prices for such items now and they can be specified and ordered online and delivered to the show for you. Afterwards they are easily collapsible for you to take away and use again!
