After two highly successful events at Kempton Park the 2020 GO Travel Show returns to the venue on Wednesday 22nd April, and will further develop the innovative approach to helping our exhibitors present their offer to group travel buyers.
Our host location is the historic racecourse at Kempton Park, with a tradition of hosting shows that are great for GTOs by providing an exciting opportunity to learn more about the Capital, and destinations beyond. Plus, of course, the chance to meet lots of specialist group travel suppliers.
The exhibition facilities available to us are really excellent with plenty of space for all kinds of displays and associated opportunities to engage visitors with products and services. The event will be hosted in the main grandstand. There will also be outside activities to enjoy including historic feature areas, vehicles and other exciting initiatives not seen at other travel exhibitions! GTOs attending will be able to explore other attractions in the area on a range of fam trips.
So, take a look through what we have to offer your attraction or experience, described below, and contact us to discuss your choice of exhibition presence with us further.
Whether a visitor attraction, accommodation provider, UK and overseas destination, tour operator, transport and travel service suppliers, ferry operators, Cruise lines or ticketing and booking agents, then the GO Travel Show is the place to do business.
Ellen Walker, Groups & Travel Trade Manager, Travel Editions Tours:
“What a great show! It is always about quality rather than quantity for us and the GO Travel Show delivers quality in abundance. The layout of stands worked very well and encouraged more movement, we were so busy at times we had a queue waiting to talk to us! Kempton Park is a lovely venue and easy to access making it particularly attractive to group leaders who may not want to head into City venues. Don’t waste time considering, book now you will not regret it!”
Luke Rielly, Head of Sales, The View from the Shard & Director of Communications at UKInbound:
“It was a pleasure to exhibit once again at the Go Travel Show this year, and meet the many GTOs who attended. The show was well organised with a relaxed and fun feel for both exhibitors and attendees alike. Exhibiting gave me a platform to showcase The View from The Shard to the groups market and talk directly to the decision makers in group travel. Following the show, I hosted a number of FAM trips and was able to see a clear ROI.”
Rebecca Rowland, Group Sales Manager, Travelsphere Groups:
“Kempton Park was a fun and different venue for a Group Travel show and the event seemed to be well-attended – we were certainly kept very busy on the Travelsphere Groups stand for most of the day and enjoyed meeting both existing and potential new GTO customers. The atmosphere was animated and energetic, helped by the live entertainment happening around the stands – all in all a good and productive show for us.”

How much space do you need?
We believe in helping our exhibitors to choose the space that suits them, and to use it in the best way for their business and for the material and team they have available. We can do traditional "shell scheme units" but encourage our customers to consider "pop-up" displays for which we can provide tables and chairs or to create a feature zone that allows visitors to see and interactive with exhibits from all sides. Our basic principle is to let you select a size of area and location within the floor plan and to then help you make the most of it!
